The problem
Collaboration shouldn't mean chaos
Feedback gets lost in chat threads. Versions pile up in scattered folders. Decisions happen without context. When it's time to ship, no one knows what was approved β or why.
Feedback without context
"Around the 2-minute mark" isn't precise enough. Scattered comments make it hard to know what needs fixing β and what's already done.
Versions everywhere
Final_v3_REAL_final.wav lives in someone's inbox. Tracking what changed, when, and why becomes a full-time job.
Decisions disappear
That approval from last month? Good luck finding it. When context fades, you second-guess decisions you've already made.
The solution
One workspace for every decision
Prodlink gives your music project a home β where tracks, feedback, and approvals live together. Everyone sees the same thing, at the same time, with the context to move forward.
Project-first structure
Every release gets a dedicated room. Tracks, versions, comments, and team β all in one place, easy to revisit.
Built for work-in-progress
Share drafts, gather feedback, iterate. Prodlink is made for music that's still evolving, not just finished products.
Private until you choose
Your unreleased work stays confidential by default. Controlled access means only the right people see what they need.
From feedback to final approval
Four capabilities that work together to keep your project moving forward.

v3 - Final Mix
The synth pad feels too loud here. Can we bring it down slightly and add more reverb to blend with the vocal?
Precise feedback on the waveform
Select any section of a track directly on the timeline. Comment on exact bars β no more "around the 2-minute mark." Your team sees exactly what you mean, instantly.

FAQ
What is Prodlink?
Prodlink is a decision workspace for music collaboration. Upload your tracks, share private links with collaborators, gather feedback with timestamped comments, and send files to engineers through secure Sessions β all in one place.
How do I get started?
Create your free account, upload your first track from the dashboard, and set its visibility (draft, private, or public). You can then share private links, create Project Rooms for collaboration, or send files to engineers via Sessions.
What are Project Rooms?
Project Rooms are private collaboration spaces for unreleased music. Invite collaborators (producers, labels, managers), share tracks with timestamped waveform comments, and use approval workflows to track decisions. Available on Premium plans.
What are Sessions (file transfer)?
Sessions let you exchange files securely with mixing or mastering engineers. Upload your stems, invite an engineer by email, and receive their work back β with full revision history and timestamped feedback. No account required for engineers.
How does track visibility work?
Tracks have three visibility states: Draft (only you can see), Private (shareable via secret link, no indexing), and Public (visible on your profile, discoverable). You control who sees your unreleased music.
What audio formats do you support?
We support MP3, WAV, FLAC, and M4A files. For best quality, upload in WAV or FLAC at 44.1kHz/16-bit or higher. We automatically generate waveforms and optimize for streaming while preserving quality.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free accounts include 3 hours of track uploads, 1 active Session, and all core features (profile, private sharing, reactions). Upgrade to Pro for analytics and more Sessions, or Premium for unlimited uploads and Project Rooms.
How secure is my unreleased music?
Very. Private tracks use unique share tokens (not guessable URLs), are excluded from search engines, and require no account to listen. Project Rooms enforce role-based access. We never share or expose your content without your explicit action.
